Britney Spears & Kevin Federline Finalizing Tour

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are reportedly close to finalizing a custody agreement allowing them both to see their two young sons while Spears embarks on her Circus tour in March and April.

Though Britney's blog had already announced that the boys were going to be on the road with their mother, Kevin Federline's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan told E! News on Wednesday that an agreement would probably be reached in "the next day." He added that Spears will probably see her sons on "pretty much the same schedule that she has now." Spears' lawyer was not available for comment.

As of now, Federline has primary custody of Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2, but Spears has been seeing them about three days a week, according to Kaplan. The attorney didn't think the boys would be attending Britney's shows, but instead K-Fed would be taking the boys to "various central locations in various areas of the country."

"They will be available in her life when she is done with the rigors of performing," he clarified. "He is doing that because he wants her to be able to have the maximum positive environment around her to assure that the tour will be successful."

It was earlier reported that Spears had threatened to cancel her tour if the kids weren't allowed to come along. But Kaplan said Federline wasn't taking that into account. "That would be her decision," he said. "But it is not something that would compel Kevin to decide what is best for his kids."

Meanwhile, Kaplan wasn't able to say whether or not Federline's reported girlfriend, pro volleyball player Victoria Prince, will be traveling with him during the tour. "I don't even know if they know yet," Kaplan told E!. He added that Prince, 26, "is a very solid person, and they are really great together. She is very solid, responsible, and has a very positive effect."

"And I think it's an important thing to be comfortable with your sexuality and feel liberated and not feel that you have to restrict yourself." She continued to say that if people "saw sex and sexuality in that [empowering] way in society then we'd have less AIDS, less STDs, less teen pregnancy and less girl-on-girl hate."

This isn't the first time that O'Day has turned heads with a racy photo shoot. Back in September 2008, while she was still a member of Danity Kane, she posed for Complex. Although she wasn't naked in the pictures, they were still very provocative. But, the singer shares that when it comes to photo shoots of this nature, it's just a fantasy world.

"But it's acting, it's a spread and it's creating a character — and for the people that loved it, great, because I loved it," she said. "I thought it was amazing, and for the people that didn't like it, I was playing a role and maybe they didn't like that role and it made them uncomfortable — but either way, it was just a role and it was fun."

In some ways, the Complex shoot played into the image that people already had of O'Day, and she doesn't mind if people walk away from it thinking that she's the sexed-up girl in those pictures. "Obviously I did a good job at it because everyone believed it one way or another. I love doing stuff like that," she said. "I love becoming a character — that's why I enjoy doing movies and TV, and even reality TV to a certain extent, because you become a character and it's fun. It's fun to go home and be yourself — and then wake up and be somebody else sometimes."

These shoots — and possibly even her decision not to return to Danity Kane — are all decisions O'Day made because she likes to keep things fresh, she said. "For me, I need constant change and I need to constantly be inspired," she explained. "I need to constantly have something thrown at me that I don't know if I can handle and figure out how to handle it — for me that's what gives me value as a person in life."

Mandy Moore Is Very Happy with Newly Engagemend

Singer-actress Mandy Moore says she feels comfortable sharing her happiness with her rocker fiancé Ryan Adams because he is secure in himself. 

"That's what it is all about," Moore, 24, says on Friday's The Bonnie Hunt Show."You have to be complete first and foremost yourself." 

Moore, who has been dating Adams, 34, off-and-on for about a year, revealed this week that they are engaged. No wedding date has been announced.

Madonna as Material Girl.............

It's been 24 years since Madonna told the world she's a 'Material Girl,' but the pop singer still fetches a high price. A full-frontal, nude photo of a 20-year-old Madonna went for $37,500 at auction Thursday, an apparent record auction price for a photograph of the singer - nude or otherwise.

Madonna Louise Ciccone was a dancer trying to make ends meet when she answered a newspaper ad seeking a nude model. She may have earned as little as $25 for the 1979 photo session. Christie's auction house expected to sell the photograph for up to $15,000; It was purchased by an unnamed European buyer for over twice the expected price.

Another photograph of Madonna, by Helmut Newton, sold Thursday for $18,750, beating a $15,000 estimate. In that shot, also sold to Playboy in the 1980s, Madonna sports lingerie, curly blond hair and a seductive expression. A man kneels beside her.

The Madonna photos were among 150 images, by some of the biggest names in photography, auctioned from the collection of Leon and Michaela Constantiner. They feature fashion and other celebrity icons.

The sale fetched more than $900,000 in all, including a top price of $242,500 for "Sie Kommen," Newton's images of nude models for the Italian and French versions of Vogue in the 1980s.

Usher's hot Wife Suffered Cardiac in Arrest

Tameka Raymond, the wife of R&B singer Usher, continues to recover in a Sao Paulo hospital after suffering complications from plastic surgery. A spokeswoman of the doctor who was to perform the procedure confirmed that Raymond had suffered a cardiac arrest while being anesthetized for the procedure "but was revived in less than a minute by heart massage."

Ellen Dastry, spokeswoman for plastic surgeon Silvio Sterman, says Tameka Raymond checked into the Sao Rafael Hospital last Friday for a "simple liposuction." Dastry said that Raymond suffered a cardiac arrest. She was revived, then placed in an induced coma before being taken to the intensive-care unit, a procedure Dastry said was "absolutely normal" and performed in order to "avoid unnecessary complications."

That same day Raymond was transferred to Sao Paulo's posh and better-equipped Sirio-Libanes Hospital where she is recovering, Dastry said without providing further details.

At Sirio-Libanes, a spokeswoman would only say that Raymond remains hospitalized. She explained that Raymond's family requested that no information regarding her condition be divulged by the hospital. She did not give her name, per hospital rules.

Usher was supposed to perform at music mogul Clive Davis' pre-Grammy party last Saturday, but backed out to come to Brazil to be with his wife. Davis made the announcement moments before Usher was slated to perform in the show. On Sunday, Davis told PEOPLE: "I talked to his mom. My thoughts are with them, whatever they’re facing."

The 30-year-old R&B star and his wife were married in August 2007. They have two young sons, 2-year-old Usher Raymond V and 2-month-old Naveid Ely Raymond.

Ashton Kutcher has followed through on this promise to re-enact Michael Jackson's infamous baby-dangling horror - but went one step further, by throwing a baby doll from a hotel window.

Earlier this week (begs09Feb09), the Punk'd star pledged to recreate the famous stunt, after he found out he was staying in the same room of the Hotel Adlon, Berlin where Jackson dangled baby Prince Michael II above the heads of shocked onlookers in 2002.

Kutcher has posted video clips of himself preparing the 'baby' - a doll he has named Gwendolyn - for the re-enactment on website Qik.

The actor is seen covering the doll's face with a mask - as the King Of Pop did with his son - before tying a string around the toy, to act as a harness.

Kutcher is then shown giving a commentary from the ground, while a figure - meant to depict Michael Jackson - comes to the window and the doll is thrown out.

The 31-year-old says, "Moving into position. The baby is in place. Michael should be appearing any time now... Here is is. There's Michael. Michael's holding the baby. The baby has been thrown. It happened and you saw it here live.'

People for The Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) bosses have declared the fur-wearing pair are fashion victims - and animal lovers voting online seem to agree.

Moore is the current number one on PETA's annual list of shame, while her toyboy husband comes in second for "skulking around the Sundance Film Festival wearing a gigantic coat made of coyote fur."

Also making the selections on PETA's Worst-Dressed List this year: Madonna, Jessica Simpson, Lindsay Lohan, Kanye West, Mary J. Blige and Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.

Animal lovers can vote for their worst-dressed celebrity online until 2 March.

Last year, soul star Aretha Franklin topped the list, followed by Marilyn Manson.

Naomi Campbell's support behind breast cancer awareness campaign

British supermodel Naomi Campbell has thrown her support behind a major breast cancer awareness campaign after witnessing the devastating effects of the disease on her own family.

The catwalk beauty officially opened a new cancer research unit at a London hospital this week (beg09Feb09) and used the opportunity to open up about her mother's brush with the killer illness.

Campbell's mum, Valerie, was diagnosed with a particularly aggressive form of cancer but after several months of treatment, she is said to be in remission.

And Campbell admits it has been a tough time for all of her relatives.

She says, "It's something that's never really happened in my family, so it was researching, reading a lot of books, finding out about how to take care of her, what was the best treatment and where to get the best treatment.

"It just made me more aware because up until that point I hadn't got checked on a regular basis like you should. I heard about breast cancer but I just thought it's never going to happen to me. But now I've learnt it doesn't discriminate, this disease, it can happen to anybody. As someone who's seen breast cancer first hand I know it can be a devastating disease."

The $6 million (£4.2 million) unit at London's Guy's Hospital has been funded by charity organisation Breakthrough Breast Cancer and is the first of its kind in the U.K.

Socialite Paris Hilton is the latest celebrity forced to deny flirting with Chris Brown on the night of his alleged fight with girlfriend Rihanna - following a flurry of rumours linking her to the incident.

Hilton is one of a number of female stars accused of causing an argument between the couple by getting too close to the Kiss Kiss singer.

The hotel heiress was seen chatting to Brown at a pre-Grammy Awards party in Los Angeles on Saturday night.

He later left the event with Rihanna and subsequently became embroiled in a police investigation sparked by an emergency call suggesting he had beaten an unnamed female.

Reports later identified the woman involved as his girlfriend, Rihanna, who was allegedly hospitalised on Sunday.

Brown later turned himself in to police and was charged with making criminal threats.

Speculation has been growing about what caused the alleged bust-up, with many internet gossips claiming another woman sparked the incident.

British pop star Leona Lewis and singer/actress Keisha Chante have already denied involvement - and now Hilton has been forced to comment following reports she got cosy with Brown at the pre-Grammy bash

She tells Radar Online, "That's ridiculous and an outright lie. I was not 'all over him' as some magazine reported. I said 'hello' and that was it. I love Rihanna and that never happened."

Angelina Jolie's Plea for Burmese Refugees

Angelina Jolie is lending her voice in the fight to give more freedom to thousands of Burmese refugees that have been locked inside camps for up to 20 years in Thailand. 

After Jolie's visit to Thailand's Ban Mai Nai Soi refugee center Wednesday, the Oscar nominee and goodwill ambassador for the U.N. Refugee Agency asked the Thailand government to give approximately 110,000 refugees in the northern part of the country freedom to move around and seek higher education. 

"I was saddened to meet a 21-year-old woman who was born in a refugee camp, who has never even been out of the camp and is now raising her own child in a camp," Jolie, 33, said in a statement released Thursday.

Jolie's request comes at a time where there has been an increase of migrants from Myanmar, also known as Burma. Thousands have fled Myanmar, as the country's military junta is accused of flagrant crimes against ethnic minorities. 

During Jolie's visit, she met orphans at a boarding school and teenage girls who worried about a return to Myanmar. 

"I hope we can work with the Thai authorities to speed up the government admissions process and that you will not be forced to go back to Burma if danger remains," Jolie said.
